I’m an Irish author, speaker and celebration consultant based in West Cork, Ireland, though I'm at global citizen at heart.
My work sits at the intersection of organisational development, event and experience design, and human potential and wellbeing. I’ve worked across Ireland and New Zealand in senior leadership roles, including Director of Organisational Development and Chief Executive of an international festival.
My passion is transformation. Throughout my life and career, what lights me up is creating spaces where people feel seen, where gatherings carry meaning, and where celebration replenishes rather than depletes.
Celebration Alchemy brings together my passion and my purpose.
Celebration has always played a central role in my life.
Growing up in a large Irish family, gathering was how we stayed connected, in joy and in grief. That thread led me into hospitality, organisational development and the study of psychology, leadership and transformation.
After too many profound personal losses, one truth became clear.
Celebration cannot be restored through events alone.
It begins within. It starts with each of us.
Celebration Alchemy grew from that seed.
I bring a clear, intentional presence to my work - one that’s relational, alive and deeply human.
Life Mixology™ is how I work with what’s already within us, to create a more joyful way of living and working.
Intention and design run through everything I do. I see acknowledgement, appreciation and celebration as essential practices for wellbeing, culture and connection.
That is why my mission is to bring celebration to life.
