I’m an Irish author, speaker and celebration consultant based in West Cork, Ireland.
My work sits at the intersection of organisational development, event and experience design, and human wellbeing. I’ve worked across Ireland and New Zealand in senior leadership roles, including Director of Organisational Development and Chief Executive of an international festival.
Across everything I’ve done, one thing has remained constant. Creating spaces where people feel seen. Where gatherings carry meaning. Where celebration restores rather than drains.
Celebration Alchemy brings this work together.
Celebration shaped my early life. In a large Irish family, gathering was how we stayed connected, in joy and in grief. That thread led me into hospitality, organisational work and the study of psychology and leadership.
After profound personal loss, one truth became clear. Celebration cannot be restored through events alone. It begins within. Celebration Alchemy grew from that understanding.
I bring a grounded, practical presence to my work, rooted in connection and alignment.
At the centre is Life Mixology. A way of understanding how we show up and how to work with what is already there, not fix ourselves.
Intention and design guide everything I do. Acknowledgement, appreciation and celebration are essential practices for wellbeing, culture and connection.
My mission is to bring celebration to life.
