My work blends psychology, lived experience and leadership across change, culture and event design.
At its core is a shift towards presence, meaning and connection.
Life Mixology guides how we understand how we show up and work consciously with what is already there.
Celebration and appreciation are essential practices for wellbeing and culture.
Grounded. Practical. Human.
I speak to audiences about reclaiming joy, presence and connection in work and life. Drawing on psychology, neuroscience and lived experience, these talks explore celebration as a transformative practice. Not as an event, but as a way of being that builds resilience, deepens relationships and restores vitality.
These keynotes offer practical frameworks grounded in purpose and possibility, supporting leaders, teams and communities navigating change or seeking more aliveness in how they work and gather.
Topics commonly include leadership, transformation, workplace wellbeing, community engagement and event design. All talks are tailored to the audience and context.
I design experiential workshops that support wellbeing, presence and meaningful engagement in life and at work. Using celebration and appreciation as practical, human tools, this work strengthens culture, connection and morale, both in everyday settings and during periods of change.
The work is reflective, participatory and grounded, supporting people in reconnecting with what matters and how they show up, individually and collectively. Sessions range from short workshops to longer programmes, shaped to suit context and need.
Best suited to teams, leadership groups, wellbeing initiatives, organisational development work and event professionals seeking more people-centred experiences.
Sometimes a workshop is not enough. What is needed is clear thinking, experienced guidance and a trusted thought partner who understands both transformation and delivery.
My consulting work supports organisations, festivals and event leaders who want to refresh, reframe or refocus how celebration shows up in their work, culture or public-facing experiences. This includes event and festival strategy, culture design, reimagining rituals, and aligning intention, experience and legacy.
This work is strategic, reflective and practical. It brings clarity to what matters and supports experiences that feel enlivening and meaningful. In some cases, this leads into deeper support around celebrations of particular significance.
The Alchemising Studio is where I work closely with a small number of event professionals, creative leads and highly invested clients on celebration-led work at the intersection of design and leadership.
This is upstream work. We clarify purpose and direction before pressure takes over. Studio work brings together celebration design thinking, creative development, intuitive decision-making and leadership presence under pressure.
The Studio includes focused Creative Intensives and Bespoke Studio Projects for celebrations of genuine significance. This work honours the process as part of the experience. Availability is limited and by application.
